What to do in an emergency
The Landmark Apartments welcome pack contains a comprehensive list of actions relating to a variety of emergency scenarios in which residents might find themselves.
For maintenance issues after hours, please call 02 6295 6888. Calls made to this number outside office hours will be diverted to the Canberra Strata after-hours answering service. Outside office hours (weekends, and 5.30 pm – 8.30am Monday to Friday), the office number will be answered by the Raine & Horne answering service and a message will be sent to the duty staff member
Defibrillators
Defibrillators are installed in the ground floor lift lobby of each Landmark Apartments building.
Become familiar with the instructions on how to use this device before an emergency situation occurs!
In addition to the written instructions posted alongside the defibrillator, residents might find the linked video helpful.
