Job (ALMOST) done!

14 April 2026 saw the (second last) scaffolding being removed from 41 Blackall Street – the final building to be re-roofed in the post 20 Jan 20 storm remediation of the roofing of Landmark’s eight buildings. Great job by all involved with this massive project. Some outstanding work remains, including the installation of vergola louvres, those parts delayed in Newcastle by the current fuel crisis.
